All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our store in Montélimar, France. This means fast dispatch, reliable service, and no customs duties or import fees for deliveries within mainland France.

Order Preparation

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Every order is packed with great care. We pay particular attention to protecting fragile items such as Japanese tableware, decorative objects, and kitchen knives to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping Methods

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Colissimo Home Delivery (without signature)
  • Colissimo Home Delivery (with signature)
  • Mondial Relay (available for selected destinations)

Delivery times provided by our shipping partners are estimates and remain the responsibility of the carrier.

Parcel Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges include order preparation, careful packaging, and transportation costs. Shipping fees are automatically calculated according to the total weight, dimensions of your order, and the delivery method selected during checkout.

We recommend placing all the items you wish to purchase in a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined after confirmation, and shipping charges apply to each order individually.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of your parcel. If you notice any visible damage, please make detailed reservations with the carrier whenever possible and contact our customer service promptly so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions

In accordance with our return policy and applicable consumer legislation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by law or in the event of an error on our part.

Returned products must be:

  • new and unused;
  • in perfect condition;
  • returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Products that are incomplete, used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
